Easy Terminal Local Privacy Policy

No Account, Cloud Sync, Analytics, or Tracking

Easy Terminal Local does not require an account. It does not provide cloud sync, analytics, tracking, advertising, telemetry, or crash reporting SDK behavior.

The app has no network behavior and does not send app data to a server.

No AI Model Inside the App

Easy Terminal Local uses deterministic, rule-based import and rendering logic. It does not run an AI model, LLM classification, LLM summarization, embeddings, vector search, or semantic search inside the app.

User-Selected Local Files

The app uses App Sandbox with user-selected file read and write access. It reads and writes only inside the local memory folder the user selects, including a selected .easy-terminal folder or a .easy-terminal folder inside a selected project folder.

Local files may include ledger.jsonl, patterns.json, current-state.json, agent-memory.md, processed/, and rejected/.

Structured State, Not Raw Logs

Raw terminal logs are not stored by default. The app imports allow-listed structured event fields from File Inbox JSON and writes structured local state.

Processed and rejected folders contain sanitized receipts. Rejected receipts are intended to explain rejection reasons without preserving large raw payloads.

Generated agent-memory.md

agent-memory.md is generated from structured local state so an AI agent can read a compact projection later. It is not the source of truth.
