- Internet connection and communication charges are borne by the user. No physical shipping is involved.
- Service delivery
- The service becomes available immediately after account registration, trial/subscription activation, and API key issuance.
- Cancellation method
- You can cancel from the Stripe Billing Portal at /console.
- Cancellation effect
- Cancellation prevents future renewals and future charges. During an active trial or billing period, access may continue until trial_end or current_period_end unless otherwise stated.
- Returns and exchanges
- Due to the nature of digital services, returns and exchanges are not available.
- Refunds
- Fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless required by law or separately approved by us.
- System requirements
- Internet connectivity and a compatible browser or API client are required.
