2. Information we handle

  • Account and authentication data (including data provided via authentication providers)
  • Billing-related data processed through Stripe
  • API usage metadata
  • Terminal output submitted by users
  • Operational logs needed for service operation, incident response, and abuse prevention

3. Billing and payment

  • Payments and billing are processed by Stripe.
  • Easy Terminal does not directly store full card numbers.

4. API key handling

  • Raw API keys are shown only once at issuance.
  • Raw API keys are not stored.
  • Stored key-related material is limited to necessary metadata such as prefix, hash, and usage metadata.

5. Terminal output and sensitive information

  • The Service may process submitted terminal output to provide the Service.
  • Raw terminal logs, stdout, stderr, command text, and similar request content are not stored.
  • Raw command text, Authorization headers, raw API keys, bearer tokens, credentials, payment details, and secret-like values are not stored in AnalysisRecord.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The Service may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication and session management.

7. Data retention

Cloud-side retained analysis data is structured AnalysisRecord metadata only.

Structured AnalysisRecord metadata is retained for 60 days.

Structured analysis data may be downloadable during the retention window.

8. Sharing preferences

  • Anonymous pattern sharing is opt-in and off by default.
  • Agent Pattern Search is future scope / eligibility only at this stage.
  • Public Attribution is future scope, off by default, disabled for now, and requires separate explicit confirmation.

9. Third-party services

  • Stripe (billing and payments)
  • Clerk (authentication)
  • Cloudflare (hosting and delivery infrastructure)
