Terms of Service

Easy Terminal is a SaaS/API for developers and AI-agent workflows. It structures terminal output and execution-related information into a format that is easier to inspect and reuse.

1. Scope

These Terms define the conditions for using Easy Terminal (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account and API key management

You are responsible for managing your account credentials and authentication methods.
You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and must not share them with third parties.
If you suspect an API key leak, rotate or reissue the key without delay.

3. User responsibilities and acceptable use

You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
Do not submit passwords, private keys, API keys, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials in terminal logs.
Unauthorized access, service disruption, infringement, and other abusive or improper uses are prohibited.

4. Subscription, free trial, and cancellation

The monthly subscription fee is USD 5 ($5/month).
The free trial period is 90 days.
Billing begins after the 90-day free trial unless canceled.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in the Stripe Billing Portal.
Cancellation prevents future renewals.
During trialing or active status, access may continue until trial_end or current_period_end unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment processing

Billing and payment processing are handled by Stripe.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or outages.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes to the Service and Terms

The operator may change the Service or these Terms when necessary. Material changes will be announced by appropriate means.
